Instructions

Step 1: Grate about 2 medium zucchini to make 3 cups. Don't squeeze out the zucchini juice.
Step 2: Add regular sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, 4 eggs and oil in a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
Step 3: Add the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.
Step 4: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Step 5: Place in the oven and let it bake for about 1 hour to 1 hour 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 6: Remove and allow to cool before serving.
