Step 1: In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and cook your spring onions for 5 minutes, add your garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
Step 2: Add your spices and curry cube and allow to toast lightly. Shortly after, add your coconut milk and mix well ensuring all is encorporated
Step 3: Add your tilapia fillet, and cook shortly, add your sliced sukuma wiki and cook until wilted.
Step 4: Serve hot with rice or ugali.
