Step 1: In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Step 2: Pan fry your chicken breast until each side is browned, remove and set aside.
Step 3: Add 6 tablespoons of oil and panfry your potatoes until slightly browned, add 1/2 cup of water and allow to cook down until water has evaporated.
Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of butter and your onions and allow them to cook down until translucent.
Step 5: Add your dried herbs and garlic paste plus the chili.
Step 6: Add your tomatoes and toss lightly, shortly after add the cooking cream and 1 cup of water.
Step 7: Incorporate and mix, return the chicken and place the cheese slices over the chicken and place in the oven.
Step 8: Using only the top heat only allow your cheese to melt and brown.
Step 9: Do this at 200 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.
Step 10: Serve hot, and enjoy with your loved one.
