Ingredients
3 tablespoons oil
1 red onion, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic paste
250 grams sweet corn
250 grams butter beans
5 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cup boiled rice
1 bunch coriander, chopped
Instructions
Step 1: In a large sauce pan, heat oil and cook onions until slightly browned, add your garlic paste and cook until aromatic.
Step 2: Add your sweet corn and butter beans and cook further for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Step 3: Add your rice and mix well, add your chopped coriander and mix again. Allow rice to heat through then serve.
