2 tablespoons soy sauce	623 ml Chain Kwo Dark Superior Soy Sauce - Ksh 254
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce	150 ml Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce - KSh 236
1/8 cup of water	300 ml Keringet Mineral Water - KSh 30
1 green chili	50 g Fresh Green Chili - KSh 160
1 head of broccoli	1/2 kg Fresh Broccoli - KSh 150

Instructions

Step 1: In a small pot, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and pan fry your onions until slightly browned, add your ginger paste and cook further until aromatic.
Step 2: Add your sauces, chili and water, allow to bubble down for 7 minutes before adding your broccoli, toss in sauce and ensure coated well.
Step 3: Serve hot and sprinkle sesame seeds over.
