Step 1: SESAME RICE
Step 2: Toast your sesame seeds in your pan and allow them to start popping, add your sesame oil and allow the seeds to brown a little more ensuring they don't burn.
Step 3: Add your hot water and then rice and allow to cook fully and separate, set aside.
Step 4: STIR-FRY CHICKEN
Step 5: In a wok heat 1/8 cup of sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of regular oil, cook your onions until slightly browned, add your chicken and allow to fully seal
Step 6: Add your garlic, sweet chili, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, Worcestershire sauce and rice vinegar. add your baby corn and yellow capsicum.
Step 7: Cook until baby corn is just cooked, serve hot with the rice.
