Step 1: Start by marinating the fish fillet with the lemon juice and set aside for 30 minutes.
Step 2: In a sauce pan, pan fry the onions until translucent.
Step 3: Add the garlic puree and fry further for a 1 minute
Step 4: Add the tomato water and cook down for about 15 minutes
Step 5: After the fish has marinated add it and the excess lemon juice and cook on low for another 10 minutes on each side.
Step 6: Serve hot with steamed rice.
