Step 1: Place the tilapia on a piece of foil and layer the tomatoes and onions and cucumber over the fish
Step 2: Mix the garlic paste and olive oil and a generous pinch of salt and pour it over the fish.
Step 3: Cover the fish with another foil and place in the oven and bake it for 35 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade,
