Instructions

Step 1: In a bowl incorporate the flour salt and paprika powder and add your fish and coat evenly, set aside.
Step 2: In a sauce pot cook the onions until translucent, add the spices and allow to toast on low for 10 minutes
Step 3: Add the garlic and ginger paste and fry further for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Add the tomato water and simmer for 25 minutes on low
Step 5: As you wait for the sauce to cook in a seperate pot add 4 cups of corn oil and deep fry the fish until golden brown
Step 6: Add into the sauce and caught evenly and cook further for 15 minutes.
Step 7: Serve hot with steamed rice.
