Instructions

Step 1: In a casserole dish, place your cut pieces and pour over the pineapple chunks.
Step 2: Mix the icing sugar with the whipped cream and layer over pastry and pineapple.
Step 3: Bake in the oven using top heat, at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
Step 4: Serve hot with ice cream
