Step 1: Cut the tomatoes and garlic roughly and season with salt, pepper, oil and oregano. Roast in the oven at 180c until.
Step 2: In a separate soup pot add 5 tablespoons of cooking oil, fry roughly chopped coriander and onions, allow the onions to get translucent add chicken cube, tomato paste and cumin powder, lower heat and allow ingredients to cook.
