Step 1: Place all vegetables in a large bowl and mix with the herb, oil, garlic and lemon juice, place on a baking tray and add your chicken breast on top.
Step 2: Season chicken breasts and place in the oven and grill in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
Step 3: Serve immediately.
