Ingredients
1 butternut, cut into chips
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 bunch of parsley chopped
1/2 lemon, juice
1.5 Litres Rina vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
Step 1: Heat your Rina vegetable oil to 180 degrees centigrade and add your chips and deep fry your chips until crispy.
Step 2: Dry well and season with sugar and cinnamon lemon and parsley and toss.
Step 3: Serve hot.
