Step 1: Heat the oil in a deep pan and ad the yellow capsicum and fry fro 15 minutes, until they start to brown
Step 2: Add the onion and fry further for 10 minutes
Step 3: Add the garlic and ginger paste and fry for 5 minutes
Step 4: Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and cook for 1 minute
Step 5: Add the water and the carrots and allow to boil for 5 minutes and take of the heat.
Step 6: Add the lemon juice and serve hot.
