Step 1: In a small pot add your butter and red onions and cook until slightly translucent, shortly after add your spring onions and cook further for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Add your garlic paste and mix well until aromatic, add your milk and the peant butter and mix well.
Step 3: Add your soy sauce and water and mix well, bring to the boil and then add your chopped coriander and mix well.
Step 4: Serve immediately with a biting of your choice.
