Instructions

Step 1: In a alrge pot heat the oil and add your onions and cook down until slightly browned.
Step 2: add your chicken cube, your garlic and ginger paste and allow to cook until aromatic.
Step 3: Add your chicken and mix well and cook for 5 minutes before adding your mushrooms.
Step 4: Add your baby corn, and peanut butter and water, cook until chicken is cooked through
Step 5: Add your coriander just before serving.
