Instructions

Step 1: Combine the butter,flour,orange zest, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda and crumble until bread crumb consistency is formed
Step 2: in a separate bowl mix milk, orange juice, eggs and sugar together until fully mixed through .
Step 3: Create a well in the crumble mix and add the egg sugar mix.
Step 4: Mix thoroughly until both fully combined.
Step 5: Cook on a hot pan, and until each side is browned.
