Step 1: Separate the eggs and set egg whites aside.
Step 2: In a separate bowl mix all purpose flour beer and egg yolks and cumin seeds.
Step 3: Whisk egg whites until stiff and soft peaks form.
Step 4: Then strain the beer batter separately and remove excess lumps.
Step 5: Fold in egg whites into the batter.
Step 6: Add onion rings and ensure they are coated evenly.
Step 7: In a large pot heat 4 cups of corn oil and deep fry the onion rings.
