Instructions

Step 1: In a food processor, cream the butter and sugar and whizz for about a minute constantly cleaning the walls of the processor.
Step 2: Add the eggs and the vanilla and whizz untill smooth.
Step 3: Add the flour whizz one more time before transferring the content into a large bowl.
Step 4: Add the raisins and the oatmeal and combine.
Step 5: Spoon one tablespoon of the mix giving each space about 2 cm on the baking tray.
Step 6: Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 7: Allow to cool and then serve.
