Step 1: In a sufuria heat 4 tbsp of oil and add roughly chopped onions pan fry until translucent add potatoes cubed and fry until brown colour starts to show season with salt and pepper,
Step 2: Add water and allow to boil and cook until potatoes are cooked through
Step 3: Mash the potatoes, a thick soup like consistency will be achieved
Step 4: Add ugali flour and cook until ugali is formed serve hot.
