First you’ll need to wash your bananas to ensure the skin is clean. Next, mix a generous amount of salt and oil in the water. Apply some oil on your hands as well. Place the green bananas in the water oil solution and peel the matoke. Have another bowl with a similar solution and place the peeled versions in there.
