Step 1: Panfry Onions until translucent add the spicy green paste and allow to brown slightly.
Step 2: Add the spices and lower the heat to allow toast.
Step 3: Add the matoke and fry and ensure the spice mixture coat it evenly.
Step 4: Add the three tomatoes, roughly chopped and add them fry until tomatoes are soft add 1 ½ cups of water and simmer on low for 35 min.
