Step 1: In a large pan add 2 tablespoons of oil and melt the butter in it, season with salt and start to panfry your red snapper.
Step 2: turn after the first side has browned, ad your garlic cloves and baste the fish with the butter.
Step 3: Squeeze in your lemon over the fish and baste again, serve hot with a salad.
