Step 1: In a large pot heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry chicken thighs until browned
Step 2: Add onions and fry further a minute.
Step 3: Add carrots garlic cloves and ginger and fry for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add the 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs and chicken, cover with water.
Step 5: After it has boiled for an hour add 2 cubed potatoes skin on, green chili and tomatoes and simmer for another 30 min.
