Instructions

Step 1: Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and pan fry each side of the chicken thighs until browned on each side, set aside.
Step 2: Lower the heat and add butter and the flour to the pan and cook down for 3 minutes, and add dry herbs and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add milk and allow to thicken add chicken and a quarter cup of water and allow to cook till done.
Step 4: Allow to reduce and thicken until evenly coated serve hot.
