Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
1/2 red onion, cubed
1/2 red capsicum, cubed
1/2 yellow capsicum, cubed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon of worcestershire
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons of sriracha
2 bok choy, washed and seperated
1/4 bunch coriander, chopped
Instructions
Step 1: In a pot heat 1/8 cup of oil and pan fry your chicken until fully sealed, add your onions garlic and ginger paste and fry for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Add the other ingredients and a 1/4 cup of water and cover and allow the bok choy to wilt for 7 minutes.
Step 3: Having wilted and stalks cooked, serve hot.
