Cookies ‘n’ Cream Ice cream


400ml whipping cream
1 can (396ml) condensed milk
12-18 oreo cookies
1 tsp of vanilla essence

Step by Step method

    1. Separate cream middle from Oreo biscuit.
  • 2. Crush Oreo biscuit in a Ziploc bag.
  • 3. In an ice water bath, whisk the whipping cream until soft and creamy (12-14 minutes by
  • hand; 5-7 minutes by hand mixer)
  • 4. Slowly add condensed milk, Oreo cream middles and vanilla and fold into whipped milk until fully incorporated (about 2 minutes)
  • 5. Pour into freezer safe container and freeze for 6-24 hours
  • 6. Enjoy
