Instructions

Step 1: Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth
Step 2: Shape mix into patties or small balls and place on a floured surface .
Step 3: Pan fry or deep fry patties or balls until golden brown.
Step 4: You can dry further in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 5: Serve hot with kachumbari or plain youghurt.
