Ingredients
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 cup strawberries
¼ cup of sugar
1 cup of water
1 peppermint teabag
Instructions
Step 1: In a small cooking pot, add the sugar and strawberries
Step 2: Split the tea bag and pour the contents inside the pot. Allow the sugar to melt slightly as mixing gently
Step 3: Pour the 1 cup of water and allow the strawberries to cook through.
Step 4: Ensure you attain a medium to thick syrup consistency.
Step 5: Set aside to cool.
Step 6: Combine the rest of the ingredients and the strawberry syrup in a blender and blend
Step 7: Once blended into a smooth paste, allow to chill and serve cold.
