Step 1: FOR PASTRY
Step 2: In a food processor add your flours and cajun spice then blitz allowing them to combine, add your butter 1 tablespoon at atime, itll form small combined pieces.
Step 3: Add your egg and then water and allow to combine, remove from food processor and Kneed until combined.
Step 4: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5: FOR FILLING
Step 6: Add your butter to hot pan and 2 tablespoons of oil, cook your onions until translucent,Add your garlic paste and mix well.
Step 7: Add your mushrooms and chili powder and cook down until cooked.
Step 8: Roll out your dough and cut into a large ring, place it into a cake mold that's one size smaller than that of the large ring and place the filling inside.
Step 9: Cover with another piece of dough and egg wash lightly and bake in the oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.
Step 10: Remove and serve.
