Instructions

Step 1: Incorporate your sugars, butter, milk, vanilla essence, bicarbonate of soda and egg and whisk well ensuring it is fully incorporated.
Step 2: Place your flour and oatsand mix, create a well in the centre and add wet ingredients and whisk well until incorporated.
Step 3: In a cup cake mold, add your cupcake papers and scoop 2 tablespoons of the batter into the papers and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 4: Remove, cool then serve.
