Step 1: Start by combining your sugar, yeast and warm water , mix the flour and salt.
Step 2: Create a well and pour in the mixture and oil. Create a dough and kneed for about 4 minutes.
Step 3: Cover with a dump cloth and allow to rise in a warm area for 1 hour
Step 5: Cook chicken in a pan until combined, season with salt and cumin powder as it cooks.
Step 6: Add your red onion and 1/8 cup of water. Add the ketchup and mix well. Set aside.
Step 7: After the hour knock down your dough and roll it out, place the dough into a round baking tray, pour chicken in the centre and cover with remaing dough.
Step 8: Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Step 9: Eggwash lightly and bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 35 minutes, after serve hot.
