Step 1: Melt the butter in a pot, add the onion and fry, add a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper
Step 2: Allow to cook down until its begins to brown
Step 3: Add boiled njahi and allow to heat through
Step 4: Add a quarter cup of water and allow njahi to re-boil
Step 5: Slightly cook until water has evaporated
Step 6: Add the cream and mash together.
