Ingredients
2 red snapper fillets, cubed
1 red onion cubed
2 teaspoons of garlic paste
1/4 bunch of parsley chopped
1/2 juice of lemon
1 tablespoon of butter
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup cooking cream
Pre- cooked pasta
Instructions
Step 1: In a hot pan heat a 5 tablespoons of oil and pan fry the fish until cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
Step 2: In the same pan melt the butter and add the onion and fry until slightly browned, add the garlic and fry.
Step 3: Add the cream, fish and parsley, toss lightly ensuring its lightly coated with the sauce, add the pasta and lemon juice and toss evenly.
Step 4: Serve immediately.
