Step 1: In a large pot heat 1/8 cup of oil and fry the onions until translucent.
Step 2: Add tomato paste, chicken cubes, coriander stalks and garlic paste and fry on low for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Add tomatoes and fry for another 10 minutes before adding water to cover.
Step 4: Simmer for 30 minutes then add the cooking cream before blending.
Step 5: After blending serve hot.
