Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl mix your egg, oil, sugar and 1 cup of coconut milk and whisk until dissolved. Add your baking powder and mix well.
Step 2: Add your flour and incorporate, add your other cup of coconut milk and strawberries and incorporate well.
Step 3: Pour into a silicone mould and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, remove and allow to cool then serve.
