Step 1: In a pan heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the onions until browning begins.
Step 2: Add the spices and allow to toast lightly.
Step 3: Add coconut milk and allow to heat through and bubble down for about 7 minutes.
Step 4: Add rice and toss evenly until rice is heated through.
