Instructions

Step 1: Make sure your coconut cream can ischilled in the fridge for about 24hrs
Step 2: Once chilled pour the hardened cream mixture into a bowl. Discard the water portions that might have melted.
Step 3: Add your sugar and honey beat until fluffy and smooth.
Step 4: Lastly, mix the rest of your toppings (lemon rind).
Step 5: Keep cool until ready to top on your cake/dessert. Super easy!
