Instructions

Step 1: Start by whisking the oil, eggs, vanilla essence, buttermilk and set it aside.
Step 2: In a large bowl mix together the other dry ingredients and incorporate the wet mix evenly until smooth.
Step 3: Add the boiling water and mix until smooth, add the cooking chocolate and mix thouroughly.
Step 4: Pour into baking moulds and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 5: Set aside and allow to cool.
Step 6: Once cooled pour over chocolate sauce .
