Instructions

Step 1: Whisk all ingredients together except chocolate spread and ensure they are no lumps.
Step 2: Pour into a cup cake mould lined with paper, place a dollup of the spread in the centre of the mix in the moulds and mix well ensuring it is even.
Step 3: Bake in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 25 minutes and slightly browned.
Step 4: Remove and allow to cool then serve.
