Instructions

Step 1: Start by creaming the butter and sugar until a smooth consistency is attained.
Step 2: Mix in the egg until combined.
Step 3: Add the dry ingredients and mix well, a very light soft dough will form.
Step 4: Chill in your fridge for an hour before rolling out.
Step 5: Roll out into a cylinder shape, and cut into 3 cm thick slices.
Step 6: Place on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Step 7: Allow to cool and serve.
