Instructions

Step 1: Mix all ingredients except almonds, pour the cake mix into a baking tray but only halfway.
Step 2: Sprinkle 1 and half tablespoons of the almond flakes in the centre, cover with the rest of the cake mix.
Step 3: Sprinkle the rest of the almond plakes on top and bake in the oven 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Remove and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
