Step 1: Heat sesame oil, add the onions and allow to cook until translucent
Step 2: Add ginger paste, brown sugar and coriander, cook on low heat for 2 min.
Step 3: Add the chicken stock and bring to boil, add the egg and mix well.
Step 4: Add carrot ribbons at the end and serve hot.
