Step 1: In a large pan heat your oil and panfry your onions with 2 generous pinches salt.
Step 2: Cook until slightly browned and translucent, add your spring onions and sautee further for 5 ,minutes.
Step 3: Shortly after add, your chopped garlic and cumin seeds. Cook until aromatic.
Step 4: Add your drumsticks and 1 cup of water, bring to the boil and allow to cook through.
Step 5: Cook for 30 minutes, until all the water has evaporated. Serve hot.
