Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, pour the instant chocolate cake mix and create a well at the centre, add the oil, water and eggs and mix evenly.
Step 2: Pour mix into a loaf tin and sprinkle over with cashew nuts.
Step 3: Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
Step 4: Remove and allow to cool, serve with yogurt of your choice.
