Ingredients
4 slices of any sweet bread
8 cardamoms shelled and roasted
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
½ cup of milk
Instructions
Step 1: Remove the cases of the cardamom and toast the black seeds on the inside.
Step 2: Pound the spices in a motor and pestle and set aside.
Step 3: Mix eggs and sugar and cardamom powder
Step 4: Take cardamom shells and boil together with milk.
Step 5: Pour hot milk into egg mixture and whisk well
Step 6: Dip slices of bread in egg mixture and panfry each side until golden brown and crusty
Step 7: Re-dip slices of bread and refry again until browned again
Step 8: Serve hot
