Instructions

Step 1: In a large pot heat 4 tablespoons of coconut oil and cook your onions and red capsicum and cook until slightly browned.
Step 2: Add your garlic, ginger and spices and mix well, add your beef and cook until sealed, add your beef cube and mix.
Step 3: Add your water and coconut milk and allow to come to the boil, add rice and cook until liquid has evaporated.
Step 4: Cook until rice is cooked, and then serve.
