Instructions

Step 1: In a small sauce pan, heat the butter and the brown sugar with 2 tbsp of water
Step 2: Allow to caramelize to a slight dark golden brown
Step 3: Add the cooking cream at this point and allow to heat through
Step 4: Serve hot with ice cream or pancakes
