Step 1: Butter each slice of bread generously
Step 2: Slice them in half diagonally
Step 3: mix the sugar and cinnamon together
Step 4: whisk the eggs and milk together
Step 5: layer the buttered bread in a ceramic tin and pour sugar mixture over the bread and add the raisins.
Step 6: Pour egg milk mixture over and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes
Step 7: Remove after browned and cool for 15 minutes serve warm with vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt.
