2 tablespoons Coconut Oil	400 ml Kentaste Virgin Coconut Oil - KSh 550
1 1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder	50 g Virani Curry Powder - KSh 105
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder	50g Tropical Heat Garlic Powder - KSh 74
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder	50g Tropical Heat Cumin Seeds Ground - KSh 89
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Paste	310g Shan Garlic Paste - KSh 270

Instructions

Step 1: Mix all ingredients with a generous pinch of salt and black pepper into the coconut milk and ensure well incorporated.
Step 2: Place your beef fillet in a casserole dish.
Step 3: Pour coconut mixture over beef and cover the casserole dish with foil and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
Step 4: Shortly after remove, slice and serve.
